Bigseller now supports sellers to track Shopee, Lazada and TikTok orders in Orders > Logistics Tracking. Here you can easily check the logistics information for your packages.

Notes
1. Logistics tracking now only supports Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
2. You can only track the orders in the Shipped Orders list. Orders that show shipping in Platforms but are in the Voided Orders list on Bigseller are not able to be tracked.
3. Orders that are not Packed and Shipped on Bigseller may not have a shipping method. You can find these orders under Others in the Shipping Methods filter.
4. There may be delays in the logistics information displayed in the [Latest Logistics Information] column (Shopee pushes every 4 hours, TikTok Shop pushes every 5 hours). If you want to view the latest tracking information, you need to manually click on the tracking number or logistics details button.

You can directly check the latest tracking info under Latest Logistics Information(1).
You can click Tracking No(2) or the Logistics Details(3) button to check all the logistics information of this parcel. You can also translate the language on this pop-up page.
You can also click the Order Details(4) button to check the order's detailed information.
