If you have multiple items under a single order and wish to ship them into several parcels, you can do a Manual Package Split in BigSeller. This article will teach you how to split the orders into multiple, smaller packages.

An order that can be split into multiple packages should meet the following requirements:

1. It is a Lazada, TikTok Shop, or manual order, and the order status is New.
2. The order hasn’t been split before.
3. SKU Qty:

• Lazada ≥  1 SKU (Add-on products and canceled products are not included)
• TikTok Shop, Manual Order ≥ 2 SKU (Add-on products and canceled products are not included)

3. For Lazada, the buyer-designated logistics of order is not [pick up in store] and the order status is Pending; The delivery type should not be dropship;
For TikTok Shop, the order payment method isn’t COD, and marketplace status is Awaiting Shipment and ≠Cancel Pending.

Steps
Go to New Orders > Find the order you want to split > Hit Order Details > Select SKUs to move to new package > Click Confirm

Notes
[1] You can move back the product to other package before clicking Confirm.

[2] An order will be split into a main package and sub-packages; The main package should contain at least 1 original item. The added items/gifts under the original order must stay in the main package and cannot be split into sub-packages. And both the main package and sub-packages cannot be added more items/gifts.

[3] Order Number: After splitting, the order number will be the same as the original one.
     Tracking Number:

Lazada: the tracking number of the main package will be the original one. And the tracking number of sub-packages will be retrieved from the platform again.

TikTok: the tracking number of the main package and sub-packages will be the same as the original one.

[4] For TikTok and manual orders, Only SKU type can be split and the SKU quantity can not be split, and the SKU type should be larger than 1.
For example: one TikTok order includes SKU A *2, SKU B*3, you can split this order into Package 1: SKU A*2, Package 2: SKU B*3.

[5] A TikTok order can be split into 50 packages at most, but there is no limit for Lazada orders and manual orders.

[6] If you split the same order in both Seller Center and BigSeller, and the items in packages are different, you cannot process this order in BigSeller.

[7] The information under the original order including the order amount, note, and order mark will not be split and be the same in both the main package and sub-packages.

[8] Printing shipping labels and exporting order information will be processed on the package level.
