This feature will show the profit report of
Merchant SKUs for
Shipped orders.
Formula
Profit = Merchant SKU Revenue-Total Cost
Profit Rate = Profit / (Merchant SKU Sales + Platform Subsidy) x 100%
Refund Rate = Return SKUs/Sales Volume*100%
1. Terms
1. Merchant SKU Revenue = Merchant SKU Total Sales + Platform Subsidy + Shipping Fee + Platform Charges
2.Total Cost = Merchant SKU cost* Sales Volume
- Merchant SKU Cost: If the order is packed in BigSeller, the system would calculate the cost based on the option you set on " Merchant SKU Cost Settings”
If the order is NOT packed in BigSeller, the system would calculate the cost based on the reference price of the merchant SKU.
- Sales Volume: If the product has not been returned or refunded, the sales volume is the total sales amount of the corresponding merchant SKU; If there are returned or refunded orders, this value refers to the sales quantity minus the return SKUs.

4. Single Merchant SKU Profit = Profit / Sales Volume
5. Profit Rate = Profit / (Merchant SKU Sales + Platform Subsidy) x 100%
6. Order Quantity = Order Qty of Merchant SKU
7. Sales Volume: total sold quantities of the merchant SKU in the selected time range
8. Return SKUs = Return SKUs Quantity
9. Refund Rate = Return SKUs/Sales Volume*100% (Not available for manual orders currently)
10. Merchant SKU Total Sales = Product sales after discounts and promotions
11. Platform Subsidy
- Subsidy for Discount & Promotion: support Shopee and Tiktok, the subsidy amount to sellers after the discounts and promotions provided to buyers by platform, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
12. Shipping Fee: This fee will be evenly distributed to the weight of each SKU, excluding gift products; If the merchant SKU doesn't have weight, it will be distributed based on Merchant SKU Total Sales.
- Shipping fee paid by buyer: actual shipping fee paid by buyer, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
- Shipping fee paid by seller: actual shipping fee paid by seller, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
13. Platform Charges
- Commission fee: commission fee charged by the platform in proportion, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
- Transaction fee: transaction fee for platform fund settlement, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
- Service charge: only support Shopee, special service fees charged by the platform to sellers, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
- Marketing fees: only support Lazada, including Free Shipping Max Fee and Sponsored Affiliates, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU
- Buyer refund amount: the fee refunded to the buyer when the order return or refund is completed. This fee will be evenly distributed to each returned SKU, excluding the gift products;
= return qty for a single merchant SKU / total return qty * buyer refund amount of the order
- Other platform fees:including platform fee adjustments, compensation and all other fees, which will be evenly distributed to each merchant SKU

3. Notes
1. Only available for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, manual orders, POS retail orders, messenger orders currently;
2. The merchant SKU profit feature can also count orders that are not processed in BigSeller, with the premise of maintaining the reference price. If you neither process orders in BigSeller nor maintain the reference price, the cost of the order will be
0.
3. The latest 30 days are selected by default for the time filter, and the maximum optional period is 366 days;
4. If you need to calculate the cost for manual orders, please be sure to enable the inventory feature.
5. When downloading a report, you can export up to 3000 pieces of data. If the number exceeds 3000 pieces, it will be automatically generated into a zip file. The product image can not be exported, and only the merchant SKU and its name are supported to export.
6. For the new authorized stores:
- Shopee: BigSeller will sync orders from
previous 14 days since the authorization day and count the profit for completed orders;
- Lazada: BigSeller will sync orders from
previous 30 days since the authorization day and count the profit for Delivered, Return&Refund, Lost&Damaged orders.
