Currently BigSeller only supports pushing return orders before signing to YUANCANG, YueHai, DXMWMS.
*DXMWMS includes Wancang, CTY SAMTANG, Anda WH, AEGVN, ONGVANG, and sevenseas.
Steps
If the shipping warehouse of the order is a third party warehouse, when the order needs to be returned, this returned order will auto go to Return Manage > Before Signing > Third-party Warehouse
Step 1: Push return orders to your third party warehouse
| Not Pushed | Return orders that have not been pushed to third-party warehouse |

| Push Successfully | Return orders that have been pushed to third-party warehouse successfully |
| Push Failed | Return orders that have been pushed but failed to be pushed (you can view the specific failed reason) |
| Withdrawn | Return orders withdrawn from third-party warehouse |
| Completed | Return orders that have been processed by third party warehouse |
Step 2: Wait for the three-party warehouse to process the returns. After they processed, BigSeller will automatically receive the warehousing results. You can view the return results in the "Completed" list.
FAQs
Q1: Can I withdraw the return orders that have already been pushed successfully to third party warehouse?
A1: Yes, but only YUANCANG support withdrawing them in the [Push Successfully] list.
Q2: Why did I fail to withdraw the return order?
A2: When the third-party warehouse has started to process the return order, it can not be withdrawn.
Q3: "Now it only supports to push the return order to YUANCANG third-party warehouse. If you need to process the return orders, please contact the third-party warehouse service provider offline."
