1. What is shipping label cache?
When you pack orders in BigSeller, our system will save the cache of shipping labels in the background. If there is an order dispute or you need to ship the package again, you can reprint the shipping label on BigSeller.
💡 Only supports shipping labels from Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Bukalapak, Tik Tok, Tokopedia, and Akulaku orders.
2. How long can caches be kept?
The shipping label cache will be automatically cleared after a certain number of days of cache storage.

3. Notes
- The number of cache days is calculated from order packed time;
- There is a small probability that shipping label caches failed due to API error.
- For users who change subscription from the free plan to the paid plan or from the paid plan to the free plan, the cache days for the previous shipping labels will not be changed.
