Account Health is a function in Shopee App and Seller Centre that lets you monitor and review your performance over an extended period. This helps you identify areas that you can work on to achieve better shop and product ratings, order fulfillment rates, customer service, and sales records.

BigSeller Store Health can help you monitor the account health status of all Shopee stores, and easily grasp the situation of multiple stores. In addition, BigSeller offers punishment warnings, allowing you to identify risks in advance to ensure the normal operation of your stores.

Tips
① On the store health page, only display the data of authorized stores or store groups;
② The data is automatically updated once a day. If you need real-time synchronization, you can manually click on [
Sync Data].

1. To check the summary data
① Store Punishment Notice
If a store is penalized, the system will prompt you at the top of the page to remind you to handle it in time.
② Filters
You can filter by store/store group/status.
③ Store Status and Quantity
Overall store health assessment tier. Excellent, Good, Improvement Needed, Poor.
④ Average Points This Quarter
Average penalty points this quarter for the selected stores. Points accumulated will remain on record till the end of a quarter. This will be reset on the first Monday of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). Move the mouse to the points to view the average points of important metrics.
⑤Store Warning/Ongoing Punishment
Store Warning: You can view the pie chart of Store Punishment Warning Tier, as well as view the store health status /penalty points this quarter /punishment warning tier of each store.

2. To check the store health
You can make corresponding improvements by viewing the following data:
① Severe Listing Violations: Including Severe Listing Violations, Spam Listings, Counterfeit/IP infringement, Prohibited Listings;
- Severe Listing Violations: Listings will be deleted if they constitute a serious violation of Shopee's policies
- Spam Listings: Attempts to manipulate search results to gain an unfair advantage will be penalized. This includes actions such as duplicate products, keyword spam, and misleading price, etc.
- Counterfeit/IP infringement: Fake or infringing products
- Prohibited Listings: Products that are not allowed on Shopee
② Pre-order Listings: Including Pre-order Listings, Days of Pre-order Listing Violation;
- Qty of Pre-order Listings: Live pre-order listings as a percentage of total live listings
- Days of Pre-order Listing Violation: The number of days in the last 30 days where pre-order listing percentage exceeds target
③ Other Rules: Including Other Listing Violations;
- Other Listing Violations: Other listing regulations set by the platform, violation may incur penalty. Such as incorrect product categories, low-quality images, etc.
④ Fulfilment: Including Non-fulfilment Rate, Cancellation Rate, Return-refund Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Preparation Time
- Non-fulfilment Rate: The percentage of orders that were either cancelled or returned in the past 7 days
- Cancellation Rate: The percentage of orders cancelled in the past 7 days
- Return-refund Rate: The percentage of orders that were requested for a return-refund in the past 7 days
- Late Shipment Rate: The percentage of orders that were shipped late in the past 7 days
- Preparation Time: The number of days it takes a seller to prepare and ship out an order
⑤ Customer Service & Satisfaction: Including Response Rate, Response Time, Shop Rating
- Response Rate: The percentage of new chats and offers that a seller responds to within 12 hours of receiving them
- Response Time: The average time it takes a seller to respond to a buyer's chat message
- Shop Rating: The average of all order ratings submitted by your buyers

You can evaluate your operational performance through various data.
*If the numerical color is red, it indicates that the number has not met the target value.
- My Store: The current operational performance of the store
- Target: The aimed operational performance
- Penalty Points: The penalty points you have received so far
