1. Summarize statement information for all Lazada stores on one page
💡 The sum of all fees may not equal the settlement amount, as some expenses or fees cannot be obtained from the platform interface.



2. Quickly summarize and calculate the released amount
You can export the statement information through the "Export" function on the page and then perform amount statistics in the EXCEL file.



3. Manual marking of released payments
After receiving the payment from the platform, you can mark the statement as Collected on BigSeller to avoid duplicate processing.

Statement status: Only the paid statements on the platform will be obtained.

• Released: A statement with an account period has been generated.
• Collected: The platform has already sent the payments, and you manually marked the statement as collected.

Settlement Amount: Payment amount for the current accounting period.
Opening Balance: Unpaid balance in last period
Closing Balance: Settlement balance in current period
Item Price Credit: The listed price of products sold before offering any discounts or fees to buyers
Reversal Item Price: Reversal of listed price of the item sold due to a return from the buyer
The final shipping fee charged by the platform: The transportation fee charged by the delivery supplier based on product weight
Other Income: Including the buyer's actual paid shipping fees, compensation for package loss, and other income
Subtotal: Including commission, payment fees, seller shipping fees, etc
Total Refund: Including product prices, commissions, multiple item discounts and coupons for reversal after returns
Create Time: The time of the corresponding region of the current account, not the time of the store site
