An Advance Fulfilment request is a request that Shopee makes to the seller, to ask for items/listings to be shipped to Shopee Warehouse as Advance Fulfillment stock.
The Advance Fulfilment request becomes an Advance Booking when the seller accepts the request.
The Advance Booking becomes an Advance Order when the booking is successfully matched to a new order received by the seller that can be fulfilled under the program.
Step 1: The Advance Booking will be auto synced to BigSeller New Orders list > Click Pack (The orders will be then moved to In Process Orders).
Step 2: Print shipping labels in In Process Orders list > Prepare the package > Click Ship (The orders will be then moved to To Pickup Orders).
Step 3: After the couriers scan the package, the orders will have logistic information and will be auto moved to Platform Processing list.
Shopee platform warehouse will receive this package.
When a buyer places an order, Shopee will match the order. When the buyer's order matches the Shopee official advance order, the advance booking will be converted into a advance order and shipped by the Shopee official warehouse.
Note: The quantity and sku of the buyer order must be exactly the same as the Advance Booking to be matched. If not, it will be a normal order, and need to be shipped by the sellers.
Step 1: Advance Order Matching
You don't need to ship advance orders by yourself, and Shopee official warehouse will ship the orders. Therefore, you don't need to print shipping labels, packlist, picklist to process the orders. After the Advance Booking converts to Advance Order, you can click the tracking number to track logistic info in BigSeller.
The Advance Booking is placed by Shopee, and you cannot cancel directly. If you don't want to ship out the Advance Booking, you just need to wait for timeout, and the advance booking will be auto canceled. (There will be no penalty for this behavior.)
The Advance Order is placed by buyer, and the buyer can initiate cancellation request for Advance Order in seller center. Here is the ways how you can handle cancelled advance orders.
