Why doesn't the system auto-reply to the customer reviews even though I turn on the Auto-Reply?
If the system still doesn't reply automatically reply to the customer reviews after you have turned on the Auto-Reply, it might be because:
1. It is less than 2 hours since the customer replied;
2. The auto-reply quota runs out (Need to upgrade the plan);
3. The store authorization has expired;
4. The customer review has been deleted;
5. The default positive reviews would not be auto replied;
6. API Error.
