Manifest: the proof of delivery of the package from the warehouse to the courier. The delivery manifest will record the number of packages, tracking numbers, the printed time of manifest, the date of package pickup, and the courier signature.
You can print the manifest for the package and ask the courier to sign. If the package is lost or damaged, it can be used as proof of pickup by the courier to claim compensation from the courier company.
On the [To Pickup Orders], [Shipped] and [Completed] lists, you can select orders to print the manifests.
On [In Process Orders] list, go to [Scan and Ship] > Scan to Ship or Scan to Inspect
You can generate and print manifests after you scan and ship packages.
If you want to print manifests with tracking numbers, please click on “Scan Settings" > check the option.
After printing manifests, you can check the manifests on Manifest Manage, where you can print them again and see the manifest details.
Ps: if you can’t find your manifest on “Manifest Manage” after scanning the parcels, you may have not clicked on “Generate Manifest”.
