When the order's shipping warehouse is a 3rd-party warehouse service provider, the order will be automatically pushed to 3rd-party warehouse after packing.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Order page> New Orders> select orders and click Pack
After packing in BigSeller, orders will be pushed to 3rd-party warehouse automatically. BigSeller will auto sync the latest order status after 3rd-party warehouse has processed orders.
Notes
1. Only support orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Bukalapak, Tokopedia and Akulaku currently;
2. Orders that have already been pushed to 3rd-party warehouse can be withdrawn manually, except orders that have been shipped out by 3rd-party warehouse;
3. BigSeller will automatically sync the latest order status from 3rd-party warehouse if there is any update;
4. When the 3rd-party warehouse is the shipping warehouse, if the order contains merchant SKUs that have not pushed to 3rd-party warehouse yet, you need to push the merchant SKUs to 3rd-party warehouse before packing;
5. Only support platform-designated logistics currently, please do not push order that uses other shipping method, or the order will be expired due to the failed shipment.
FAQs
Q1: If the orders that have already pushed to 3rd-party warehouse are canceled/partially canceled, will BigSeller auto withdraw those orders?
A1: After the order has pushed to 3rd-party warehouse, if the order status becomes canceled/partially canceled when you click Sync Order, BigSeller will auto withdraw the order. For order that is withdrawn successfully, you can check it in the Withdrawn list; and order that is withdrawn failed, you can check it in the Withdraw Failed list.
Please note that BigSeller will withdraw the whole order even if it is partially canceled. For the partially canceled order, you can push the order again manually. BigSeller will push the uncanceled products to 3rd-party warehouse; For the wholly canceled order, you cannot push again manually. It only supports move this order into All Orders.
Q2: What can I do if it reports "Orders that have been shipped by the 3rd-party warehouse are not allowed to be withdrawn" when I withdraw a order
A2: Please contact the staff of 3rd-party warehouse and stop them from processing/shipping this order.
