Introduction to Blacklist Cloud

On many e-commerce platforms, malicious buyers can cause financial losses through fraudulent orders and refunds. The Cloud Blacklist is a shared system across all BigSeller users, helping sellers collectively identify and avoid high-risk buyers to reduce potential losses.

💡Notes

1. The Cloud Blacklist is a VIP feature. Free users can view the Cloud Blacklist page but cannot enable or use the functionality.

2. When the Cloud Blacklist is Enabled

  • In the Order Processing Page
    a. If an order is either marked by you as blacklisted or hits a Cloud Blacklist rule, you’ll see a tag showing that.
    b. If both happen, only your manual blacklist tag will be shown.

  • In the Order Details Page
    a. If the order is blacklisted by you or matches the Cloud Blacklist, both will be shown.
    b. If it matches both, then both tags (“Cloud Blacklist” and “Blacklist”) will be visible.

1. How to Enable the Cloud Blacklist

Step 1: Go to Settings > Order Settings > Mark Setting > Cloud Blacklist and toggle the switch to enable the feature.

Step 2: Set the number of times a buyer must be flagged before they are added to the blacklist cloud, then click Confirm.

2. How to Filter by Cloud Blacklist

You can easily filter orders in the order processing list:

Step 1: Click Filter Options, check Cloud Blacklist, and then click Confirm.

Step 2: Your order list can now be filtered to show orders related to the Cloud Blacklist.
