Introduction to Sales Report

You can check sales reports from store SKU or merchant SKU.

The store SKU page tracks sales performance at the store product level, while the merchant SKU page tracks it at the merchant SKU level. This tutorial will use the store SKU page as an example to explain the values and calculation methods for each data metric.

Summary by Store SKU

 


1. Product Quantity: Total order quantity (including orders canceled after payment and orders that have been refunded)

2. Product Sales:
Only the price after deducting product discounts is calculated, excluding shipping fees and other fees

3. Valid Product Sales: Total Product Sales - Canceled Order Amount

4. Product Sales Quantity:
The total number of products sold

5. Valid Product Sales Quantity: Sales Quantity - Canceled Quantity



6. Valid Orders:
Total Orders - Cancelled Orders - Refunded Orders

7. Refund Product Amount:
the total amount of the refunded orders

8. Refund Product Quantity:
the total number of refunded products

1. Statistics principle: the order data of the day can only be viewed the next day;

2. Statistics based on:

  • Shopee: COD orders are based on creation time, Pre Paid orders are based on payment time;
  • Lazada, JD.ID, Tokopedia: Order creation time;

3. Supporting platforms: Lazada, Shopee, JD.ID, Tokopedia, Blibli, Tiki, Sendo, Bukalapak, JD.CENTRAL, Shopify, TikTok, Woocommerce, Akulaku, Thisshop, PGmall, Zalora, Facebook, Lineshopping, manual orders, POS retail orders, messenger orders.
