How to Use “Capture Proof” to Send Image
For Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders, you can take photos of the package and send them to the buyer through chat when packing a package. The images sent through the BigSeller app will be saved for 30 days. When you encounter a return dispute or file an appeal with the platform, and you need to provide images of package or shipping label, you can search and download them in BigSeller > Orders > Order Tools > Sending Image Records.
In this article, you will learn how to send package images to buyers using the “Capture Proof” feature in BigSeller APP.
1. Connect Duoke

💡 Tips: Please make sure that your Duoke account has been connected with your stores.
2. Install BigSeller APP
Click here to go to the APP download page
💡 Tips: You can also download BigSeller APP in the App Store.
3. Scan to Send Image
Open the APP > Click “Capture Proof”> Scan the tracking number barcode or package barcode > Take a picture of the package > Edit message info and confirm
💡 Tips:
1. This function supports scanning of tracking number barcodes and BS package number barcodes.
2. Up to 3 images can be sent at a time.
3. There will be reminders to avoid duplication and mis-delivery.
4. Check Image Records
You can check the records on BigSeller Web Page "Sending Image Record".

- Enable auto ship after sending image
6. Notes
3.1 This feature only supports Shopee, Lazada and TikTok orders on the list of New Orders, In Process Orders (To Ship), To Pickup Orders.
3.2 You need to authorize Duoke to BigSeller first.
3.3 BigSeller will save the sent images for 30 days, and you can download them in the "Sending Image Records" on BigSeller web page.
