Update Time: 19 Aug 2025 02:58

You can add different logistics channels into a logistics group to simplify order processing.

For example: if orders from Logistics A and Logistics B are both picked up by the same courier, you can group them together (e.g., name it Shipping AB).
  • On the order processing pages, you can filter by this logistics group to quickly gather all orders that need to be shipped together, making it easier to prepare them in advance.
  • When using the Scan to Ship function, you can select the logistics group (e.g., Shipping AB) first, and then scan the packages. If an order doesn’t belong to this group, the system will show an error message.

👉 This helps you avoid extra sorting work and ensures faster fulfillment.

How to set shipping groups?

Step 1: Go to Setting > Shipping Settings > Shipping Group Settings > Add Group

Step 2:
Add a group name, and select which logistics are included in this group.

Step 2: On the order processing page, you can filter orders by Shipping Group to quickly gather orders under the same shipping group for batch processing.
