Introduction to TikTok After Sales Order Interception

Background:
For TikTok, buyers can request to cancel an order while it is still on In Process Orders page and has not yet been shipped. However, the system previously did not automatically intercept orders with refund-only requests, which could result in the packages still being shipped out.

✅ To fix this, an order interception feature has been added. This setting will block refund only TikTok orders from being shipped during the Manual Ship / Scan to Ship / Scan to Inspect / Capture Proof process (on both PC and APP side). When shipping orders, the system will automatically intercept these orders and prevent them from being marked as dispatched.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Order Settings > Other Settings and turn on TikTok After-Sales Order Interception.


 

When enabled, if an order has a "refund only" request, the system will block shipping and show the error message.
