How to Process TEMU orders in BigSeller?
TEMU Semi-Consignment Model is a service model for e-commerce sellers that falls between fully independent operations and full consignment.
Under the TEMU Semi-Consignment Model, sellers are responsible for managing their own warehouses and order fulfillment, while the platform handles other aspects such as marketing, sales promotion, and customer service. This allows sellers to maintain some level of operational control while benefiting from the platform’s support.
You can connect your TEMU store to BigSeller, which allows you to easily manage your orders and inventory through BigSeller.
Supported Site: Philippines
💡 Notes
1. For TEMU orders, you can manually add gift product. However, BigSeller currently does not support adding gift rules for TEMU orders.
2. Orders cannot be pushed to third-party warehouses for processing.
3. TEMU orders cannot be split.
4. Custom shipping labels are not supported.
5. Return management (After Sales Order Managemnet) is not supported for TEMU.
6. If you have processed the order on the TEMU Seller Center, order information will not sync back to BigSeller, so it cannot be packed again in BigSeller. We recommend processing and shipping Temu orders directly in BigSeller.

Step 2: After shipping information has been added, click the Pack button, and orders will be moved to the In Process Orders list.
Step 3: You can print invoices, pick lists, etc. in the In Process Orders list. Make sure your order is well packed and click the Ship button.

💡 If using platform logistics, please note the following information:
1)After clicking Ship in the In Process Orders list, orders will be moved to the To Pickup Orders list.
2)Since Temu will automatically change the package status to Shipped 96 hours after the logistics shipment request is created, sellers must print the shipping label and ship the order as soon as possible. Otherwise, the order will be automatically moved to Shipped status.
3) If you use platform logistics, shipping labels will not be cached. You are not able to reprint the shipping label in BigSeller after the orders are shipped.
3. Important Notice for Using BigSeller Inventory Feature
1)BigSeller does not support pushing inventory to TEMU and will not push the warehouse stock quantities to your online store’s stock.
2)However, you can create merchant SKUs and map them with store SKUs to manage inventory. Once mapped, the warehouse stock will be properly allocated and deducted when processing orders.
